Food Allergen Disclaimer:
Montgomery High School makes every effort to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. All catering staff have recently undertaken the Food Standards Agency's food allergen training course.
In addition to this we have signage displayed in both our dining kitchens advising all diners, as to where allergen information for our loose foods and food without packaging can be obtained.
Our lists only cover information about major allergens intentionally used as ingredients. They do not cover allergens present following accidental contact.
There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Montgomery High School does not accept responsibility for any allergic reactions to foods consumed on site, where these have been prepared off site. Examples of this include packed lunches provided by parents/guardians, and also charity cake baking competitions held on site.
